allow us to
reintroduce
ourselves

Sometimes a reintroduction is just what an Atlanta classic needs. Atlantic Station is making history by roaring into its 20s. For more than two decades, we’ve been the Heart of ATL and the spot for some of the best sights, sounds, and sips anywhere in the southeast.

20th anniversary

We were thrilled to ring in Atlantic Station’s 20th anniversary on October 21, 2025. It’s an incredible milestone, the culmination of two decades’ worth of hospitality, entertainment, and redefining what people expect from neighborhood living. Each and every meal shared, movie seen, piece purchased, and memory made has helped get us here; needless to say, we’re exceedingly proud. Above all, we want to extend our love and gratitude to the city we call home and all the people who made this possible — and, of course, we can’t wait to see what the next 20 years bring.

historic walking tour

This audio-guided tour shares key moments in the neighborhood’s history. We invite all community members to experience this 10-stop journey through time, examining the history of both Atlanta and Atlantic Station from the 1800s up until now. Eddy Romero, Concierge Manager at Atlantic Station — described as the “voice of Atlantic Station” — narrates the walking tour, guiding guests along with fun facts and Atlanta tidbits, from the movies filmed at Atlantic Station, to the site’s history as a steel mill, and everything in between. Along the tour’s route, guests are invited and encouraged to check out Atlantic Station’s restaurants and retailers.

The 5,745-foot tour symbolizes the number of days passed since Atlantic Station’s inception, as of its 15th anniversary in 2021, and is complimentary to all guests. Please use the map and audio here and share your experience with us on social media. #LookAtASNow

gathering places

come together

Our entire neighborhood is focused on how we foster our community. From our free events to our seasonal celebrations, community and charity sponsorships, and our newly opened green space, Atlantic Green, everything we do is meant to bring people together in ways that are interesting, fun, and easily accessible. Even after one visit, you’ll see that you don’t have to live here to understand why our neighborhood is special.

we’re community minded

Every mixed-use development claims to promote a “live, work, play” mindset but we take it to the next level. We celebrate it and we help everyone live it.

we’re committed to you

public art initiative

Art from the Heart

Our public art initiative is about more than pretty pictures. We see art as a way for our community to connect with the whole of Atlanta and welcome all points of view into our neighborhood. That’s why Thomas Turner’s new 175-by-40-foot mural, “With Love,” was an obvious choice as one of our debut projects. “As a true Atlantan, I wanted to pay homage to a place that has meant so much to me, and Atlantic Station is an integral part of that,” said the artist when asked what inspired his largest installation to date. Expect to see many more artists featured in this program, all with the mission to create art that embodies Atlantic Station’s rich history and share it from the Heart of Atlanta.
