- Each retail tenant must submit to Parking Management a budget of total hours and number of Parking Access Cards needed by retail tenant for employee parking.
- Parking Management administers the distribution of employee parking cards. Each employee needing a parking card must submit an application and $40 deposit to the Parking Management office for processing.
- All employees have access to the employee parking area located on Level P2 of the deck, accessible via the 16th Street and 20th Street entrance. Parking Access Cards will not work on any other entrance or exit of the deck.
- Once employees have entered the gate via Fowler Street, they will be directed to the employee parking area. If an employee does not park in the designated employee parking area they will be charged the maximum rate.
