ATLANTA, October 13, 2005 – FOX Sports Grill will be the first restaurant to officially open in Atlantic Station. This is FOX Sports Grill’s first location in the Southeast and its sixth nationwide. The 450 plus seat, 19,100 sq. ft. sports restaurant features contemporary American cuisine in a socially relaxing, upscale atmosphere with uncompromised sports and entertainment viewing.

Facility highlights of the Atlantic Station FOX Sports Grill include: premier sports and entertainment viewing; VIP/Cigar Lounge; private event rooms; 45 high-definition, high-resolution plasma screens; billiards; and ample parking (free for the first two hours). The Grill features an extensive menu of contemporary American cuisine highlighted with signature favorites, as well as many items from the grill. Everything from salad dressings to desserts is prepared from scratch with only the freshest of ingredients. An extensive specialty drink menu complements the offerings.
Some of the menu highlights include: Homemade Blue Cheese Chips; Fried Green Tomatoes; Prime Rib Supreme Pizza; Chicken, Shrimp and Andouille Jambalaya; Roasted Prime Rib of Beef and St. Louis Ribs; Red Velvet Cake; Banana Bread Pudding; Cheese Grits, as well as numerous salads, sandwiches and specialties.

The restaurant’s pre-opening activities include a VIP grand opening event featuring a live performance by Everclear. Private dining promotions are also planned for business and community groups, including residents of Atlantic Station.
Director of Culinary Operations and Executive Chef, David Maini, and General Manager, Chris Perry, will lead the restaurant’s grand opening and introduction to the Atlanta market.

The Atlanta location will be open seven days a week, opening Monday–Friday at 11 a.m. and Saturday–Sunday at 10 a.m. The restaurant will serve weekend brunch, lunch and dinner, and will hold a happy hour Monday–Friday from 4 p.m.–7 p.m. The Grill specializes in creating unique private events and celebrations.
