Starting Tuesday, May 28, join Camp Gladiator and their award-winning outdoor fitness group in Central Park! This group fitness session will start early at 5:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is open to all fitness levels.

Please join us for Wellness Wednesdays in Central Park - an Outdoor Fitness Experience. Join Athleta and exhale spa as each week we will be offering free classes taught by exhale's teachers. Classes will include a variation of core fusion, yoga and more!

Bring your pre-school aged 'tots' and enjoy a time of free activities for the kids. The experience changes each week - we may have a face painter, storyteller, or arts and crafts for your tot to enjoy while you relax.
