TWELVESM ATLANTIC STATION OPENS TO THE PUBLIC

Atlanta’s Newest Premium Boutique Hotel is Taking Reservations,
Offering Special Introductory Rates

ATLANTA – Jan 26, 2006 – TWELVESM Hotels and Residences (“TWELVE”) announced today that it will open its doors to guests on Feb. 12 and is offering a special introductory rate at its Atlantic Station® property, the first of several planned locations for the premier boutique hotel and urban condominium community.  TWELVE, a member of Boutique, Preferred Hotel Group’s prestigious portfolio of more than 50 boutique hotels from around the world, is a new hotel brand from Novare Group, developers of high-rise residential communities featuring contemporary designs, rich amenities, and cutting-edge high technology features at attractive prices in urban markets.

Through the end of April, guests will be able to enjoy the hotel’s comfortable contemporary accommodations, cutting-edge technology and destination restaurant called Lobby at TWELVE, for special introductory rates.  One-bedroom suites, complete with a full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, separate sleeping and living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, LCD flat-panel TVs, DVD player, and wi-fi connectivity, among many other robust and high-tech amenities, will be offered at an introductory rate of $145 per night.  Two bedroom suites start at $225 per night.  Note that rates are subject to hotel availability and may change without notice.

“Any traveler looking for a hotel with a truly advanced and relevant personal technology platform, large suites, comfort and personalized service, all within walking distance to Atlanta’s hottest shopping and entertainment district, will find everything he or she is looking for at TWELVE,” explains Jim Veil, President of TWELVE Hotels and Residences.

The hotel’s most outstanding feature is its proprietary in-room application—GHOSTSM (Guest Hotel Operating System Terminal)—which allows guests to request various services online. The GHOST allows guests to customize their service level to their own preference on a continuum from high touch to high tech.  Using the flat-screen monitor and keyboard that are standard in every suite, guests can order room service, make specific housekeeping requests (additional bath linens, sewing kit, toiletry items, etc.), contact the concierge, request their car from the valet, order laundry/dry cleaning, and much more—all without picking up the phone.  If, however, guests prefer to deal with a human voice and presence, highly-trained TWELVE Hotel staff are readily available to answer any call.  It’s the guest’s choice how and when to use technology, providing a highly personalized and responsive level of service.

“We’re using technology in totally unique ways to enable us to offer highly personalized and customized service to our guests,” states Veil. “We are designed to meet the needs of the 24- to 45-year-old traveler—or any traveler, for that matter—who requires a robust technological infrastructure to assist business needs or enhance leisure travel, while also delivering the comforts of traditional hotel services.”

TWELVE also offers a stylish alternative to traditional ballrooms and cookie-cutter conference centers.  The Ballroom at TWELVE Atlantic Station offers guests the amenities of a full-service hotel, while maintaining the exclusivity of a boutique style property.  From the hardwood floors and Venetian style plaster walls to the plasma screens and outdoor terraces, this sophisticated urban setting ensures a one-of-a-kind event.  The Ballroom  is approximately 6,200 square feet and can be divided into 4,000 and 2,200 square foot event spaces. Additionally, a 2,500 square foot pre-function space, two lush terraces, and a private catering kitchen are included in the facility rental.

A key draw for TWELVE is its location, right in the heart of Atlantic Station, Atlanta’s newest shopping and entertainment district.  With popular retailers such as IKEA, Banana Republic, GAP, West Elm and Bath & Body Works, among many others, numerous fine and casual dining options, wine bars, sports bars and a state-of-the-art 16-screen Regal Theatre, TWELVE guests will have their choice of a variety of day and nighttime activities all within walking distance.
