Here to Serve Restaurants is proud to announce the recent February, 2006 grand opening of Atlantic Station’s latest dining destination, Strip Steaks & Sushi, a three-level, 13,000 square-foot restaurant and lounge located in the heart of Atlantic Station, on 19th Street across from Regal Cinemas 16. Strip Steaks & Sushi is Atlanta’s place to be when craving both style and substance. Strip is a multilevel steakhouse with lively bars and patios on each level that gives new meaning to the term “steakhouse.” Strip allows diners to the option of enjoying a great steak in a super-hip environment. In short, Strip Steaks & Sushi is not your daddy’s steakhouse!
The first level features large open windows to the street life and Central Park in Atlantic Station and allows diners to sit and enjoy the menu among friends. The middle level known playfully as the “MEAT MARKET,” has a 20-seat sushi bar with Atlanta’s most talented sushi chefs creating sumptuous delights. This level also hosts VIP tables offering bottle service. Strip’s in-house DJ will be playing his hottest tunes nightly; guests are welcome to step out on to the dance area at any time. Guests of Strip are also invited to enjoy the open air rooftop deck on the third level, overlooking the action on the streets surrounding the restaurant. Chilly nights are not a problem, with heat lamps and comfortable lounge furniture to relax on while enjoying house specialty cocktails.
Strip Steaks & Sushi has appointed Chef David Silverman, formally of Prime at Lenox Square, to head the kitchen as executive chef. Strip’s menu, created by Master Chef Thomas Catherall and Silverman, features some never-before-seen sushi rolls (brown rice is an option), an assortment of signature salads including the unwrapped summer roll with shrimp and pork, mixed greens and cilantro; and try the disco fries to accompany that one-pound New York Strip! The tandoori-spiced salmon with a chickpea raita is the perfect seafood choice!
Meet your friends after work on the rooftop to see and be ‘scene’ at Atlanta’s hottest place to MEAT, DRINK and EAT! Strip is planning a mid-February grand opening. Visit this site frequently for updates and more information on grand opening events.
Tom Catherall, chef/owner of Here to Serve Restaurants, currently owns six Here to Serve Restaurants, including Prime at Lenox Square, Goldfish at Perimeter Mall, Twist at Phipps Plaza, Noche in Virginia Highlands, and Shout and Ola, both at Colony Square.
