ATLANTIC STATION® ADDS SERVICES AND RETAIL VARIETY
TO GROWING COSMOPOLITAN COMMUNITY

From Family-Friendly to Fashion-Forward,
New Tenants Broaden Existing Retail Base

ATLANTA – October 2, 2006 – Atlantic Station, LLC today announced the addition of eight new and varied retailers and service providers to the Atlantic Station community, located in the heart of Atlanta’s cosmopolitan Westside. Joining existing tenants in Atlantic Station’s Central Park retail and entertainment district are four well-known national brands – Au Bon Pain restaurants, AllState Insurance, Journeys Shoes and Kay Jewelers. In addition, four establishments originating from the Atlanta area – Nani Salon and Spa, an Aveda Lifestyle Center, Atlantic Dental, Atlantic Grill restaurant and K-la clothing boutique – will provide important services and retail options, all with a local flair.

“By recruiting and retaining best-in-class retail tenants for our community, Atlantic Station continues to grow as the best address in the Southeast for shopping, dining and entertainment,” said John Whitaker, CEO of Atlantic Station, LLC. “These new additions will further enhance the total ‘live, work, play’ experience for our residents and the millions of guests who visit the Atlantic Station community.”

From family-friendly to fashion-forward, the variety of this latest round of retail additions exemplifies Atlantic Station’s commitment to broadening its retail base while maintaining its focus as a true “live, work and play” community. With the introduction of Atlantic Dental, the community has its first family-oriented health services provider. As a full Aveda Lifestyle Center, locally-owned Nani Salon will offer residents and visitors a relaxing respite. Au Bon Pain, opening its second restaurant in the Atlanta region, and Atlantic Grill, a true neighborhood eatery, will add to the 14 existing restaurants in Atlantic Station’s thriving dining scene. Finally, Journeys, a national shoe retailer geared towards young adults, K-la, a local fashion boutique store, Kay Jewelers and AllState Insurance will further broaden the Central Park District’s shopping experience.

"With Atlantic Station being the new epicenter of Atlanta, there is no other choice area of town that has managed to perfectly blend beauty, fashion and feasibility into such a thought-out space,” said Shandon Anderson, owner of Nani Salon and Spa. “We are thrilled to break ground in such a modern facility, taking great pride in knowing that our clientele does just not visit the area - they live here, too!"
