About The American Boot Camp Company
- WORKOUTS Our 4 week program includes 16 creative and challenging park workouts (M, Tu, Th, F), and homework assignments on your off days. We have over 60 workouts to choose from, so each day is differerent. We like to keep you guessing! You will also have unlimited access to our kickboxing studio in Brookhaven (open Mon-Sat)
- NUTRITION Each camper is responsible for journaling their food and water intake each day. We will review your journal each day at the park, and discuss areas of excellence, and areas that need improvement.
- INSTRUCTORS/ MOVITATION Our instructor ratio is 1:5, so there will always be an instructor nearby to encourage and motivate you. Our job is to push you out of your comfort zone, every minute of every workout! Each instructor has completed a training program specifically designed for outdoor fitness camps, and is certified by SCW, AFAA, and ACE. You will also receive daily emails that include recipes, inspiring stories, and basic facts about food and fitness.
